Aloha Ohana! Blue Dragon Hot Yoga is now opening its doors every MONDAY & FRIDAY from 8:30-10:30 am for self-led practice! All styles welcome— bring the heat to your vinyasa, 26&2, yin flow, or whatever personal practice you enjoy!
The room will begin warm and gradually increase in heat over the first hour until the temp reaches 103. Come and go as you please; a teacher will remain present in the room to support the container. We will hold noble silence to respect each other’s practice space, so please keep talking to outdoors.

Please come fully hydrated to practice in the infrared sauna. We recommend starting to hydrate the day before and adding electrolytes or Himalayan salt to your water. Please do not eat 2-3 hours before practice.

At this week-long Immersion, you will practice 2 hot classes per day, plus additional training hours. Our entire day will revolve around yoga practice. There’s no minimum level of ability that’s required and it doesn’t matter what you can and can’t do. What matters is that spending your days doing yoga practice and training is fun and interesting to you, and that you’re up for the challenge. Your willingness to participate, and take a step forward from wherever you are now, is much more important than your current ability. Facilitated by JFC Leader, Giselle "SupaG" Meagher, who has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for eight. She is a three-time state USA Yoga Champion, as well as the 2019 Western Regional Champion.
